Register of Self Assessment
I'm a new immigrate, live in UK one year. I only have oversea income, so I haven't National Insurance number. I just apply NI number today, they said that will within 8 weeks to tell me if approved my application. However, Register of self assessment deadline by 5 Oct. What can I do if I still haven't NI number?
