When I try first time make new account I dont receive message with Governement Gateway ID issued. When I try make new account I saw message my number EORI was ussed to another ID usser :(, How can I check my Governement Gateway ID issued?

Why when creating an account it shows information that the number has been used for another account. No one has ever set up an account with Government Gateway before. I need to set up this account to update GMR, I am a road haulier
