Hi HMRC, I've been out of the UK for almost a year and a half and I received a refund check with my name on it, but I called the helpline to nominate a friend to be able to collect the cheque, but I've been waiting since September for it to arrive at my address in the UK.. how long can I wait for my cheque to be delivered? And I called 3 times so far and each time he told me that he doesn't know..
