  • RE: Proof of ID

Which is utterly ridiculous. A malignant brain tumour prevents me from holding a driving licence. Therefore this is discrimination against those with an illness or disability (such as blind/partially sighted). How backwards this country is, a government department that discriminates against UK citizens! According to the NHS that is at minimum 2 million people you are discriminating against just on sight-loss. There's 600,000 people who have epilepsy, many of whom are not seizure free and therefore also are unable to hold a UK driving licence. Totally disgraceful.
  • Proof of ID

I've registered for a personal tax account however there is an issue with proving my ID. Despite several ways being listed, only 2 options are provided, Passport and Photo driving licence. Due to a malignant brain tumour, I am not allowed to drive, and I have no use for a passport, so how do I prove who I am?
