I am having the same problems trying to access my account. My account jas my old number and SMS messages get sent to that one so unable to confirm Tried everything and contacted HMRC but waiting to long to get an answer. No matter what steps you take and answer the security questions it still reflects on the same issue for me the mobile.number. I can't update it. HMRC need to fix this if they want people to update their information
