    I am trying and calling upmteenth times to retrieve my password for self assesment to complete. the access code went to my previous agent, which I have no way to contact. How can I change the tel number for the access code to be sent to? I followed the instruction on your help line… i filled in the form that poped up on screen … and it says “ will reply in 2 working days” that means I cant meet teh deadline today. really frustrated with the service and website generally. No wonder many couldnt be bothered! I think reverting to paper self assessment is easier.
