Hi, I've filled out my Self-Assessment on the 6th April. And then I've requested a repayment for my tax return and in the past it has taken just a few days, however this time I've had to separately request repayment twice and had to verify my identity through a series of questions and that was last Thursday. It is now Thursday so has been 7 days, I understand it takes up to 10 days but it is usually way faster. What is the reason for this as it is normally a much smoother process and I need the money.
