  • My right to work status is not updated from old visa to new one

    I have been waiting and calling the help center since early Octoer every week and the help center keep telling me the IT department is solving the problem and there is no update or anything since then. I was told the case is within their system but no one is doing their job to solve the problem. Also I have been told there is no other communication channel between me and the IT department, thanks for that I couldnt even find a job from the current status, which is going to expired within a month. What should I do?
