Good morning I'm EU citizen with settled status.I've left UK in march 2022 and I've lived and worked in UK since 2017. I rented an apartment and I worked with a permanent 30 hours contract. I moved in my own country where at the moment I'm full time mommy without job. I would like to sent the application for P85 where I can see from my P45 that I can get back more than 1000 pounds taxes. But a lot of people told me that if I will do this, I can't back in UK anymore and I can't work for few years. I only would like to know ,if I will send this P85 for get my taxes back, am I still able to live and work in UK if I will decide to coming back in the next years? Also, will I lost my settled status? Thank you
