What are the real time delays for security checks? I’ve been waiting over 17 weeks and the call centre cannot give a timescale to manage my expectations or even chase up the security team. No letters sent to me requesting information, no progress, no resolution, and now no advice to phone in ‘x’ more weeks. Advice online and here says 6 -8 weeks not 17.
