I am in the same boat. Have now been trying for several months to get through to future pensions as have been told one thing by them and then Hmrc told me different and to recheck with future pensions about no of years required of voluntary contributions to be made. How can hmrc reply they can only answer Hmrc questions when this is the site that we are directed to to make a complaint about future pensions dept!
