Just been back on live chat told me now should have a response by 18/09/2023 this is just getting worse told me 8 weeks 9 days ago now 8weeks from today

I all ready have they said they are gunna email the department for the repayment

Hello I’ve just been on love chat they said they are going to email the repayment team and I should have it in next 8 week the time scale is getting bigger and bigger

Same taking forever I spoke to them online and they just told me 24/08/2023 now

What is that after they have received all the forms they told me should be 11/07/2023

Hello I’ve submitted the security checks they all been passed how long until my payment will be released?

Hello I submitted my tax return 6th of April sent the documents for the security checks and was all approved but they have still not realised the payment saying now a specialist teams needs to review it told me up to 22/08/2023 I’ve been waiting months does anyone know what’s going on?

I have waited nearly 2 months now they have told me up to the 11/07/2023

Hello I submitted my tax return 6th of April 2023 funds went straight into my tax account request a refund and went to bank payment pending it’s now the the 13th of June and still saying pending. I’ve submitted all the security checks they asked for and still not issued any ideas why?
