  • Interest Received Due to Overpayment of IHT

I have started the estate self assessment for tax year 24-25 for my late uncle's estate. During this tax year I received a refund due to overpayment of IHT, along with interest. Should this interest be declared upon the estate SA return? I read elsewhere on the forum the interest paid by HMRC for personal taxation is not taxable (but is for companies) but unsure what the situation is for estates? Thank you.
