I was born in 76, and was in full time education between 18 to 24. When i hit my 16-18 birthdays in March 1991-1994 i received NI credits which i understand. I did a adhoc summer job in 1994/5 and 1995/6 I asked for a forecast in 2005 and paid for other missing years but couldn't for these 2 - has the deadline to pay for missing years changed or is it still fixed (i think for 10 years previously judging i was able to pay for the years 96/97 onwards back in 2005 when i asked for a forecast). I wanted to see if i could pay for those missing years of 1994/95 and 1996/7 basically if anything has changed in timescales?
