Hi I get paid less than £242 a week in my main job, so I don't pay any N.I from this job, and I don't claim any other benefits. I sometimes have a second job as zero hours, that is a self employed job. Will I pay class 2 N.I rate? I will not earn more than £12,570 from this job either. Thanks for your help.

Hi I have a main job earning approximately £11,000 a year. I am thinking to take a casual job at zero hours. 1) Do I need to register myself on "Self assessment" please? 2) My second job is zero hours, am I doing my tax each time I gain additional income from it or at the end of financial year please? 3) if I do "self assessment" online, will the system allow me to use any remaining personal tax allowance on my casual job please?
