  • Personal Pension Tax Relief

I recently submitted a claim for tax relief on contributions made to a personal pension during FY24/25. I am now living outside the UK and have declared myself a non-UK tax resident. If the claim is approved, what form would the tax refund take? Is the pension topped up directly by HMRC, do I receive a cheque for the amount of the relief, or something else? Any help much appreciated.
