Hello, I am, non UK resident and want to open here a Limited Liability partnership (with all non UK resident partners). I want to sell some administrative and marketing services to the UK clients. The partnership will be managed and controlled from outside of UK with no PE in the UK and physically all services will be produced outside of the UK, but sold to the UK client. Will the partners need to pay UK taxes on the profit arising from the above services?
