  • RE: Complaints - How long to get back you ?

    Why when trying to make a complaint do I always get a error message saying this service isn't available? I can't contact the relevant department and neither eori or CDs have a contact number and don't respond to emails or help forms. So what happens next? How can I continue in business with a platform like this, it's a shambles. Do I take legal action against HMRC?
  • RE: De-enrolling from CDS on Government Gateway

    Hi Paul, we are in exactly the same boat, no responses and zero help from HMRC, they told me it can't be done over the phone and to clinch the "something wrong with this page" which we have sent 14 messages and not a single response, I might delete the gateways and start again. This whole system is a joke as there is nobody that can help, I am stuck with no real options.
