Can't recover old Government Gateway ID to use self assessment
Hello. I lost my Government Gateway ID and password so I made a new one, but I can't use it to access self assessment as it says I'm logged into the wrong account. When I go through the process to try to recover my ID, it just sends me the new one. I'm going around in circles with this and can't access my self assessment at all.
