I'm trying to transfer my Marriage tax allowance to my wife as she's earned more than me this tax year so far, but I keep getting the message: "Sorry, the service is unavailable" Is this an Issue or has it been disabled on purpose? I want to get it transferred before the end of this tax year. Thanks
