Did anyone in this thread get anywhere when contacting support? Anyone still waiting?

I submitted a Tax Relief form (P87SUB) in July. After months checking the status of the form in the mobile app, in early September the status changed to done. I'm still waiting on a letter. Had anyone else been waiting as long as me?
