Hi, Does anyone know please if there are similar rules when using TA by ABD as to using IPR by ABD. For example, IPR by ABD - the usage is limited to a maximum of 3 times in any 12-month period. Each use of the Authorisation by Customs Declaration is subject to a goods item value limit (DE 4/14) of £500,000. But does the same rules apply for TA under ABD? Thanks for your help.
