Duties would involve site visits in UK with some additional reports etc being completed in DK
I am British Citizen resident in Denmark under Withdrawal Agreement rules. My old UK employer has asked if I could do some consultancy work for them later in the year and I was wondering what the tax implications/requirements would be were I to take them up on the offer?
I am now living in Denmark having been given residency under the Withdrawal Agreement rules. Not currently working as my Danish partner earns sufficient to allow residency with sufficient funds to be self supporting. My old employer in UK has however offered me some work as a consultant on a self empoyed basis. Were I to accept the offer what would be the tax requirements/implications and would I be likely to be double taxed?
