Tax on Pension Lump sum in Poland
If you are a Polish Tax resident and are about to start a private UK pension that has a lump sum option as well as income, the lump sum is not taxable in the UK (up to 25% of the total value). Is it correct that the tax treaties with Poland mean that this is Tax Free im Poland as well?
