Hi, My income is over £80k and I get about £170 child benefit a month I understand I have to pay it all back. However in my tax-free-allowance page it says my child benefit for this tax year is £5,531 which does not add up. It is more than double what I am getting paid for child benefit. It has also reduced my monthly take home pay significantly. Is there a mistake? I guess I got to call hmrc
