Hi The indicator tool says you need to fill in a SA if you earn over £100k. Is this arising in the UK or equivalent on all overseas earnings too?

I have lost access to both digital and hard copies of my self assessment records (to demonstrate non-residency under sa109) for the tax year 2018/19. Whilst guidance indicates to keep records for only 22 months after the tax year end (which would have been February 2021), I am uncomfortable at my position. What should I do under these circumstances or is it inconsequential in view of the time period elapsed?
