RE: Verify Identity Gov GatewayHello Admin Team, I am unable to log into HMRC services due to a problem with the verification of my identity. I am unable to verify my identity via any of the options provided - I do not possess 2 of the suggested documents and the GOV Check ID route fails upon return to the HMRC website. I have tried calling 0300 200 3600 several times and once I finally got through and was put on hold, after 53 minutes the automated voice just said "Thank you. Goodbye." and closed the line. I was able to access HMRC back when I registered. But now, after several months, and with the new identity verification system, I am unable to get through to my profile. Please help!
