Hello. Sorry for jumping onto this thread, I don't know how to post, unless this is it. Just a couple of questions please. I have been through so much information, but cannot find an example to match. Are un-married landlords with a porfolio of two buy to let properties entitled to PRR on their main residence where they both currently live, when one gifts their share to the other during a transfer of equity? Would any documentation have to be submitted? Thank you.
