Remote work (for Indian employer) in UK for dependant visa holder
Hello, I am coming to the UK in the Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker VISA. My spouse is accompanying me as my dependent and she is currently working for a multinational company in India. Her employer is willing to provide remote work option from the UK but her employment will still be in India which means her salary will be paid out in India in her Indian bank account. Is she allowed to work remote for her Indian employer from the UK while on a dependent VISA? Thanks.
