does the 30 days to send my documents for the surf 2 letter i have received take bank holiday into consideration?

I have recieved a surf to letter but it has taken me a while to able to obtain the document it is asking me for. now that i have the them the jubilee bank holidays have popped up. please please can i have like 5 more days to ensure the papers get to you guys on time? Thanks for your time
