RE: changing of DOB
I found out my DOB was incorrect in Nov 2021 and did as instructed and sent off a countersigned birth certificate. I've heard nothing back and nothing has changed. The DOB was correct prior to this as I had checked my contributions. I simply wanted to update my new address which I have been unable to do. What do I do now? Can I get some guidance please.
