Hi, I have been doing a lot of research around furnished holiday letting but I couldn't find the answer to the below question. I was wondering if I rent part of my main residence on AirBnB (let's say cabin in my garden, a self contained flat studio flat within my house, a room etc), would it qualify to the HS253 Furnished holiday lettings scheme?
