    I'm on my 4th try on contacting Hmrc via phone regarding the refund.After 6 weeks have passed waiting 1 hour every time one calls you so you can just hang up, well worth our tax.It seems that the only option is MP and Ombudsman because it seems that Hmrc is going broke!
