Hi, I have been waiting for refund for 4 months. Either your call breakdown after 1 hour of waiting or I fail to understand what more is required when I have cleared security and it's only a case of someone processing the refund. In one occasion, I was told the refund will be in my account in 2 days and here I'm waiting for 10 days and back on calls listening to never-ending music.
