Self Assessment form Question 4 asks about possible unpaid tax and/or a tax code adjustment which should be on 'your PAYE Notice of Coding,' and which I need to either agree is correct or amend before going any further. I'm not aware of ever having received or seen such a document and so cannot answer this question. There is no guidance as to where this document can be found. If it's online somewhere, where do I find it? Do I necessarily even have a PAYE Notice of Coding?
