Private Residence Relief
Hi there, I'm trying to calculate PRR on a property I just sold and wanted to clarify that this relief applies no matter how brief my period of occupation was. Specifically, the property was my home for 3 yrs and 8 months after purchase, and I let it out for the next 10 years or so until I sold it. I'm therefore calculating my PRR as 3yrs and 8 months + 9 months on this basis. I'll appreciate a response regarding the above approach. Thanks
