Mileage Claim for "Temporary Place of Work"
Hello I am filling in my self-assessment return for 24/25 I am a freelancer and work in music on music festivals around the UK. A number of times a year, I drive from my home to a festival site to fulfil a role for a number of days, before driving back home. The companies that contract me do not pay me any mileage or travel reimbursements. Is this allowable to claim as an expense on my self assessment return? Thank you
