RE: UK income tax on periodic pension payments received from Canadian RRIF
poppydoodle - that is my understanding also. 0% Canadian tax if meeting the definition of periodic pension payments. I am also interested in the response to how periodic pension payments from an RRIF are taxed by HMRC. Also, whether capital gains within the RRIF are taxable.
