Application for self-assessment. Does not detect a chip in a foreign biometric passport
Hello, there is a problem with the self assessment in the application for identification of the passport and identification of the person. I tried to get UTR. I am Ukrainian and I have a 100% biometric passport. However, when the application scans (already 5 days in a row) it says that the passport does not have a chip. I do not know what to do. Because of this, I can’t register for a self-employment appointment and start my own business + work for a company as a self-employed person.
