Hi, I want to apply ToR for my cat and make addition request to my current approved ToR. When I do the application, the system said I need to upload the health certificate. However, Health certificates must only be issued within 10 days of planned arrival date according to the pet importing requirement. While the approval usually comes 15 working days after the application was made, will that be an issue if I use existing approved URN without receiving approval email for the addition request? If that's the case, what should I do to get the ToR approved before my planned arrival date? Thanks, HY

Hi, If the rental property was only let out in first half of the tax year and the remaining half was vacant before the new tenant, could I still able to deduct get full 20% credit of the mortgage interest or do I need to proportionate the amount of the mortgage interest expenses? Thanks, HY
