Hi, I'm in a similar situation. I'm a British citizen but a resident of Portugal for all of 2021-22 tax year. To claim personal allowance, do I (1) tick box 16 ? (2) what do I enter in box 17? Is it GBR or PRT or both ? Sorry to highjack but I do not know how to start a new query. Many thanks!
