  • Can't pay the tax I owe through my Personal Tax Account.

After informing HMRC that I owed tax earned on interest from savings I have received a P800 confirming the amount I owed. This tells me that I can pay online through my personal tax account. I do not want my tax code to be adjusted. When I go to my personal Tax Account it frustratingly tells me I have paid the right around of tax so am I unable to pay what I owe. Is there an alternative way I can pay e.g. by sending a cheque? If so where do I sent this to? Many thanks.
