I wrote a letter,registered post,stating what I’d done and so far they’ve not got back to me,this was about 3 weeks ago.

I filled in my 19/20 self assessment wrong because of the seiss grants I added them and then hmrc added them again,so the result a big tax bill,which obviously I can’t afford,I wrote a letter which so far has been ignored,I even rang up and was just left for 45 minutes by a man who said he would ask an advisor,I tried to Anne d my return but I was out of time,I’m at my wits end any help would be appreciated,I’ve literally been ignored twice 👍🏻
