  • Refund on a Penalty payment

    In February, I fully paid then disputed a late filing penalty. Now, in May, I have received confirmation that the penalty has been cancelled and my records updated, but there is no information on how or when I will receive a refund. After searching my gov.uk profile, I cannot find anything referencing repayment of cancelled penalty payments, has anyone had experience of this who can help?
