I can really relate to the messages posted have also got credit cards that need paying . I want answers and I dont accept the covid excuse they are using

Due to the long delay in processing vat return claims , is hmrc going to give claimers reimbursement. as they impose penalties for being late with returns . I really want to complain about this service but as i have already stated the complaints gateway is saying my details dont match which they do.

I am very dismayed at this service . It clearly states there is a six week process for my vat return. After calling 8 weeks later , I find there is in fact a more than six month wait. This is news to me. No contact has been given to me by this self build team. Surely this is unacceptable . I have tried to complain but the procedure is so complex I cant, I registered and could not submit a complaint. Can I fast track this claim I am willing to pay the goverment
