Please, please can someone sort this out. Can we email?. All I want to do is set up a payment plan and not get penalties. Just been cut off after holding for over one hour. Either cut off after 30 mins, 1 hour 13 minutes, or immediately after confirming my details I am given a goodbye message. Cannot set up payment plan online, needs to be over the phone but cannot get through. So worried about penalties and interest.
