    I'm having the same problem. I've tried calling the helpline many times because the online chat is useless. I've managed to get through to an agent once who did their best to help but they only reset the password on the account that my self assessment was linked to, which didn't help at all, because I don't have access to that email account. I really need someone to help me remove the linked email address and add my personal one...
