  • Can't access Gateway profile

    Hi, I'm trying to fill the self-assessment form and constantly being sent from one department to another. I can't complete the verification step as it requires either UK passport (I'm not a UK citizen), Driving License (I don't have one), credit references (which I should have but the service doesn't find it), and the payslips, which I also have but I need 2 items. So, I feel extremely frustrated and excluded from the opportunity to use online services, which should not be the case in 21st century, in the age of digitalisation. Can anyone help me with this or who is the right person to contact? Throughout 2022 I spent not less than 6-8 hours in the wait queues to speak to someone, who was later sending me to the next department.
