Hi, I am a spouse of an individual who will be working in the UK under UK Skilled Worker Visa and I have been included in the application for the visa as a dependant. I am working for a Singaporean Company, paid by the same Singaporean Company and will perform work only for the Singaporean Company. My employment is fully remote. My question is can I continue to work for my Singaporean Company while I am on dependant visa and live in the UK? Do I need to inform my employer about this, or can I work in the UK without informing them? How will the UK Singapore DTT work in this case, do I need to report my Singaporean employment income to the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and pay tax in the UK if I am paying taxes in Singapore? Thanks!
