  • Name Change / correction

    HMRC have a wrong record of my name, the system split my given name to first and middle name, but I don't have middle name. I don't find any contact detail to help correct the record so I submitted a name change request [details removed by admin]. I didn't receive any reply after 15 days, where and who should I get in touch with to follow up? Should I submit the name change request again? To avoid delay for assessment, I am going to submit it by match the wrong name record on the system, will it causing any issues? I really hope things right at the first place to avoid rolling the problem bigger.
